Each unique product variant in your feed is one SKU. If a parent product has three size variants, that counts as three SKUs. We measure your active SKU count at the start of each billing period.

Once per month, we rewrite the listings that have the lowest AI visibility scores in your catalog. You receive an updated feed file you can import directly into Shopify, WooCommerce, or your PIM. Growth and Scale plans run continuously, rewriting new inventory as it arrives.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged. You keep all optimized listing files we have already delivered.

Yes. Drop your email on the homepage or contact page and we will send you a sample audit report drawn from your product category within three business days. The sample shows exactly how we score listings and what we would fix, at no cost.

Essentials includes CSV and Shopify JSON export. Growth and Scale add Google Shopping XML, WooCommerce CSV, BigCommerce JSON, and a REST API endpoint for direct push. Custom formats are available on Scale.
